Applications

Shirataki and konjac noodles are used by foodservice operators, retail private label brands and ingredient buyers building gluten-free noodle lines. Wet-pack formats suit restaurant and catering kitchens that rinse and serve directly; dry/dehydrated formats suit buyers who want lighter freight weight and a longer ambient shelf life before reconstituting.

Flavour blends such as oat-konjac or spinach are used for value-added retail SKUs. See our konjac rice and konjac flour pages for related bulk ingredients.

How we source it

Konjac Bio Limited is a sourcing and trading company based in Shanghai. We source shirataki and konjac noodles from vetted producing factories in China's konjac-growing regions, including Yunnan, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou and Shaanxi. We do not operate a factory; we coordinate spec confirmation, sampling, production scheduling and export documentation with the producing factory on your behalf.

Noodle diameter runs 1.8-2.5 mm and length 10-20 cm on the reference spec; MOQ is the producing factory minimum run per SKU, confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Lead time and Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice (PI); standard terms are FOB Shanghai or CIF destination port, with EXW and DAP available on request.

For private label and OEM orders, the buyer supplies artwork and is responsible for label compliance in the destination market, including ingredient declarations and nutrition panel format. We coordinate artwork approval with the producing factory before production starts. MOQ for private label is the producing factory minimum run per SKU or flavour, confirmed on the proforma invoice. See our private label shirataki guide for the full process.
